Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Club's ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be held on Sunday 17 May 2009 at the Clubhouse, commencing 12:30pm.  Prior to the meeting, members will be handed a copy of the Annual Report and Financial Statement.

Agenda

1. Confirm the Minutes of previous AGM
2. Consideration of Annual Report
3. Consideration of Financial Statement
4. Consideration of the statement required by the Act
5. Election of Office Bearers and Committee Members
6. General Business (any business for which reasonable notice is given to the secretary prior to the AGM).

Note: Nominations for committee need to be made in writing to the secretary 7 days prior to the meeting.

As usual, social tennis will start the day at 10:30am and our famous BBQ lunch (free of charge for members) will follow the meeting, then more tennis.

All members welcome.  1 guest limit per member ($15 per guest).  Member to pay for guest on the day.
